| From the Thirsk area, take the A170, and drive through the pretty village of Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe. Ascend the famous Sutton Bank (Do NOT bring a caravan!). At the summit, keep on the A170 for a few hundred yards, and the Hambleton Inn is on your left. |
From
the Helmsley area, take the A170 in a westerly direction, and follow
your nose .
The Hambleton Inn is 15-20 minutes away on the right hand side.

The Hambleton Inn cannot be located by any road other than the A170, although the A170 is accessible from some of the outlying villages.
